1. HOW TO GET POINTS FROM THE PROGRAM? *

To sign up for the Frequent Customer program, it's easy, register on the website, make any purchase and start enjoying the benefits of the program.
* The clients of the program must be exclusively individuals, not being able to access the benefits of distributors or other companies.
POINTS OF REWARD FOR LOYALTY IN YOUR PURCHASES
You accumulate Points for purchase in our online store www.aldoes.es. The Reward Points per purchase will be added within a maximum period of 7 days from the reception of the order. In case of canceling / canceling an order after receiving the Reward Points for the purchase, ALDOES.es reserves the right to eliminate the Loyalty Points obtained by said purchase. You will get Points for the total amount paid in your order (minimum purchase amount € 15), not including shipping, promotions or special discounts.
2. FIDELITY POINTS IN YOUR PURCHASES

The exchange of POINTS is not compatible with products on offer, promotions or special discounts that do not comply with the minimum purchase of € 30.
3. RECOVER CUSTOMER POINTS FREQUENTLY
In case of canceling an order before the order changes to "SENT" (approximately 48 hours), you will recover the POINTS 24/48 hours after the cancellation. If you modify your order, the POINTS used in the first order will be kept, reserving ALDOES.ES the right to carry out the necessary actions in special cases upon notice from the client. If you finally give up your order, you will not recover the POINTS used. Likewise, you will not recover those POINTS that have expired.
